Import Question feature allows you to easily upload your questions into the survey with (almost) one click of a button. So if you have them all already typed in a Word document, have no fear, you do not need to re-type them all!
This guide will teach you:
1. Import questions
Head to the survey editor. You'll see the Import questions button at the very bottom of the ? Questions.
Click the button and a box will appear where you can simply paste everything that you have typed up. Take care to follow the specified formatting, using a new line for each answer, and leave a line between questions.
Be aware that all questions will be imported as Text Choice. If you need a different format, such as continuous sum, or any of the 20+ types we offer, you should add those manually.
2. Preview your questions
Click Preview import once you've inserted everything.
3. Confirm
Now's your chance to check that everything appear correctly. If you want to mark correct answers, it's easy to toggle the button. Once it's ready to go, just click Confirm import.
What's next?
- Download your results to see and analyze all the data you collected from your survey. There are different options available, choose either a bulk download of survey results or files relating to individual responses. You can choose between CSV format, Excel format, PDF format, or use Report Scheduler.
- Use Question grouping & Question blocks: You might want to show more than one inquiry on the screen to make your survey seem shorter. Question grouping is just what you need! You can also activate or de-activate all inquiries in the block with one click of a button.
- The intro screen is the first screen your respondents will see when they're taking your survey. When you're sending out a survey, you'll want to give your respondents a bit of information before they start. You can do this with the Intro screen.
