1. 2FA explained

Our 2FA consists uses the typical 6 digit code that is compatible with most authenticator apps. The first time after enabling this, you'll be directed to a screen with a QR-code that you can scan with your app.

2. Per user

In the Admin Portal, click on My Account. You'll find the setting in the Personal Information tab.

In the Distribution Portal, click on the Account bubble in the top-right corner. Scroll down in the side-panel to find the setting.

3. For your organization

We're On request, we can enforce 2FA for every user in your organization.

After enabling this setting, the first time any user logs in, they will have to configure 2FA to continue. Because of this, we recommend you communicate beforehand.
